Gingered Mango Salsa

Prep Time 10 minutes


  • 1 mango peeled and diced 1 cup
  • 1.5 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • zest half of a lemon
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • pinch of salt


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes

Packing tips:
Place in an empty, clean jar or in a plastic container with a twist top.
Keep cold.

Serve on top of pancakes or waffles, oatmeal, salad, tacos, chicken, fish or use as a dip.
