Greek Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions

Blend together all ingredients for 1 minute in a small blender, food processor or magic bullet.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Pour into a clean, empty spice jar or small travel container with a twist top.
Keep cold.
Shake before use.
