In an oven safe dish, tin or skillet, place rolled oats, frozen berries, water and cinnamon. Cover and cook for 10-20 minutes until all the water has been absorbed by the oats.
*If using an airplane oven, cook at 325, if using a skillet, bring water to a boil on high heat, cover and reduce to medium low and let simmer.
Stir, drizzle with desired sweetener and top with raw nuts, ground flax and/or chia seeds.
Packing Tips:
Package your rolled oats and cinnamon together in a baggie.
To save on space, add desired sweetener to your berries while packing them instead of bringing it separately.
Package the frozen berries in an airtight container with a twist top lid to prevent leaks.
Berries do not have to stay frozen before cooking them.
