Pour chia seed in a cereal bowl.
Slowly stir in milk one Tbsp at a time.
Sweeten with liquid stevia and agave or honey
Preparation Tip: You may need to add more milk the longer you let it sit as the Chia seeds continue to absorb the milk.
When making this away from home, you can use a drink cup or coffee cup from the airplane or hotel room to mix the ingredients together. After you have made this a few times, you will be able to eyeball the ingredient amounts, reducing the need for the measuring spoon.
Packing Tip: Keep a Tbsp measuring spoon in your cooler tote. Bring chia seeds in a small baggy or container. Bring milk in a jar (clean, empty salsa jars or jelly jars work great for this.)
Almonds, coconut and cinnamon can be placed together in a baggie or small container.
Berries can be packed in a container with a twist top or snap lid.
