Spiced Pecans

raw pecan halves

coconut oil

drops liquid regular or vanilla Stevia
or 1/2-1 packet powdered Stevia*

pumpkin pie spice
or cinnamon

Instructions
Melt coconut oil in microwave or on stove top.
Stir in Stevia (If using the powdered form, make sure it is dissolved before moving on.)
Coat pecans with oil & Stevia mixture.
Sprinkle coated pecans with spices and salt and stir until evenly dispersed.
Let coconut oil come to room temperature and store in a plastic container or baggie.

Preparation tip:
You can substitute 1 tsp coconut sugar for Stevia.
