Greek Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients for 1 minute in a small blender, food processor or magic bullet.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Packing Tips:
Pour into a clean, empty spice jar or small travel container with a twist top.
Keep cold.
Shake before use.
