Sriracha Peanuts

							Ingredients
- 2 cups shelled unsalted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp agave or honey
- 1/8 tsp dried ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp salt omit if your peanuts are already salted
Instructions
- 
										Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 
- 
										In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except the peanuts. 
- 
										Once the sauce is well combined, pour in the peanuts and toss until the sauce evenly coats each peanut. 
- 
										Spread the coated peanuts evenly over a rimmed baking sheet.
- 
										Bake for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Be sure not to overcook the nuts, they should be light golden brown in color and no longer sticky. 
- 
										Let cool on the baking sheet for 20 minutes before eating.
