Lavender

Lavender is known for it's soothing properties and it's ability to promote restful sleep and lower stress. Here are several ways to use lemon throughout your trip:

  • Oil- Apply 1-2 drops of lavender to a small cut or burn to help comfort and cleanse. This comes in handy when you inevitably burn yourself on a hot oven rack.
    To help minimize stress, smell lavender directly from the bottle and/or apply 1-2 drops to the back of the neck or bottom of feet.
    Prior to sleep, apply 1-2 drops lavender to the bottom of your feet preferably 30 minutes before bed. You can also place 1-2 drops on your hand and rub it into your pillowcase to receive lavender's benefits throughout the night.
  • Serenity Oil Blend- Serenity has lavender along with several other oils which promote a restful nights sleep. Use Serenity in the same manner as above.
  • Serenity Restful Complex Softgels- Take 1-2 softgels preferably 30 minutes before sleep to encourage restful sleep at night and alertness in the morning.
