Seasoned Chicken

  • chicken beast or thighs
  • avocado oil or olive oil
  • italian seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Pre-heat the oven or grill to 400 degrees

  2. Coat chicken in a light amount of oil.

  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper and a generous amount of Italian Seasoning over both sides of the chicken then top with another light coat of oil.

  4. Bake or grill until the chicken is no longer pink (20-30 minutes depending on size.)

  5. Let the chicken rest for about 10 minutes then slice, let cool and store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
