Spiced Pecans
Servings 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw pecan halves
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 5-7 drops liquid regular or vanilla Stevia or 1/2-1 packet powdered Stevia*
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Melt coconut oil in microwave or on stove top.

Stir in Stevia (If using the powdered form, make sure it is dissolved before moving on.)

Coat pecans with oil & Stevia mixture.

Sprinkle coated pecans with spices and salt and stir until evenly dispersed.

Let coconut oil come to room temperature and store in a plastic container or baggie.
